Our standard disposable Buffet package contains a 10" x 10" Bagasse plate, a Birch Ware fork and knife and a sustainable 3 ply dinner napkin.

Upgrade to Bambu® dinner plates for an additional charge. We will bring the cutlery and napkins from above and credit you for the Bagasse plates. *Bambu® appetizer and cake plates are also available for purchase. Ask for pricing.

Individual pizzas are served on their own pizza plate with our signature unbleached pizza paper and a natural napkin. If additional food items are ordered, you have the option to purchase any of the disposables above or provide your own.

When you order drinks, you have the choice of using our beverage server service or providing your own. If you use our service, we will provide our beautifully elegant Irish crystal servers, ice and our 9oz. rigid clear cup and a member of our buffet team will serve your guest's drinks upon request. This service is an additional charge, ask for details. Keep in mind that we will remove the beverages at the close or our service. You are welcome to transfer what is left into your own container for your guests to continue to enjoy.
