Good food is good food, but here in the Hawt kitchen we like to think of our food as extraordinary. We go the extra mile to ensure that what you and your guests put on your plate is clean, fresh and delicious. That means that we buy local and organic as often as possible. We make sure there are no dyes in any of our food, AND, we promise no GMO's ever, period. Also, we proudly make all of our salad dressings in house with 100% Olive Oil and only the best, fresh ingredients.

 

We don't want anyone at your celebration to be left out in the cold, so we made sure there is something on our menu for everyone, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.

A huge, sexy assortment of oven roasted zucchini, squash, red onion, eggplant, red peppers and asparagus surrounded by a variety of Italian cured meats and and artisan cheeses served with Kalamata olives and pepperoncini.

Plum tomatoes, sweet onions, roasted garlic and EVOO on twice baked baguette with fresh local basil ribbons & grated pecorino romano. Molto delizioso!

SHRIMP SCAMPI DIAVOLO

Marinated in a spicy EVOO white wine sauce this spicy shrimp dish is served cold on a bed of green leaf lettuce and topped with fresh chopped parsley served with a traditional spicy cocktail sauce.

A wooden board overflowing with Italian cured meats, artisan cheeses, assorted crackers, marinated artichokes, assorted olives, walnuts, whole ground mustard

and dried & seasonal fresh fruit.

Another huge, sexy platter of love overflowing with marinated artichokes, dolmathes, assorted olives, feta cubes, cherry tomatoes, boconccino (fresh mozzarella balls), spicy hummus & tatziki with lots of oven baked pita bread.

ANTIPASTO SKEWERS          

 

Bright and colorful, this platter of pretty little skewers of boconccino (fresh mozzarella balls), marinated red pepper and artichokes, tortellini, fresh torn basil, salami and Castelvetrano olives is a real show stopper.

CAPRESE SKEWERS

Simple and traditional, this gorgeous platter of fresh boconccino (fresh mozzarella balls) skewered with colorful cherry tomatoes & torn local basil drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt is always a hit.

*OVEN CHARRED SALMON 

 

Oven charred and perfectly spiced, this whole salmon filet is laid beautifully on a platter and served with a garlicy yogurt dill sauce and fresh baked sourdough baguette. Very impressive and yummy.

Torn green leaf lettuce, shredded Pecorino Romano, cracked black pepper and oven baked croutons drizzled with our house made creamy pesto dressing. Nothing basic and fit for a caesar.

Mixed organic greens, crumbled Gorgonzola & chopped walnuts in our dark and handsome  house made balsamic vinaigrette.

Sweet petite cannoli shells filled with a light and slightly sweet cloud of marscapone and ricotta topped with slivered almonds and powdered sugar. Seems sinful, but we promise you they are heavenly.

A delectable assortment of mini donuts made locally by the one and only, Rebel Donuts. Order the traditional assortment, or customize it with your favorite flavors and/or colors.

4 oz. cups of locally made gelato by The Van Rixel Bros. are sure a perfect sweet treat. From creme brulee gelato to dairy free sorbets there is a variety of flavors for everyone.

DRINKS

BASIL MINT ICED TEA         

 

Our signature basil mint iced tea brewed with one gallon of filtered water, organic basil and mint, and lightly sweetened with organic evaporated cane sugar. Order it lightly sweet or unsweet, either way it is refreshingly delicious.​

CUCUMBER BASIL H20      

One gallon of filtered flat water poured over ice with sliced fresh English cucumbers and fresh local organic basil. Crisp, delicious and refreshing.

LAVENDER LEMONADE     

 

One gallon of our signature lavender lemonade made with volcanic Italian lemons and brewed with our organic lavender tea blend and sweetened with organic evaporated cane juice. Super yummy and yes, this drink is for girls and for boys.

LEMON BASIL H20          

One gallon of filtered flat water poured over ice with sliced sweet Meyer Lemons and fresh local organic basil. Naturally sweet and tasty!
